     Marriage - BONDING IN FAMILIES

FAMILY BONDS AND BOUNDARIES
We are born into relationships and with an inherent need and capacity to remain in them for the rest of our lives. Most of this living is done in families.
A family is a network of relationships in which the members themselves are clear about who does and who does not belong to their unit. The family is able to interact and network with the outside world and still remain intact, separate and secure.

SECURITY AND CONTINUITY

Family members allow each other to express their honest feelings, encourage each other to grow and transform whilst maintaining loyalty to each other. Between them there is a closeness but not intrusiveness and space but not distance.

FAMSA employs a variety of approaches of assisting clients in discovering the resources within themselves and their family system, and to change and grow into the persons they are working at being

Stop the blame and shame for the sake of yourself, your spouse and the children, and venture into the challenge of change for effective communication and rewarding relationships and much joy.
