We live in a violence society where people’s lives are at risk daily because of alcohol and drug abuse, house break-ins, hi-jackings, armed robbery and murder, community conflicts and aggression, road rage and personality disorganisation.

Individuals and families bear the brunt of these violations and community life is rendered vulnerable to further social degeneration at each successive onslaught.
