     Divorce Counselling - GRIEF COUNSELLING

Loss of a loved one or a significant person in your life through, for instance death, divorce, absence or separation can produce a grieving process that is characterized by shock, strong/intensive reactions and a time of emotional disorganisation. Grief can also be caused by experiences such as loss of employment, health, security, status that is tied up with one’s self respect. A professional counsellor will help the bereaved to move through the mourning process: from the event of the loss and working through the emotions until the stage of restoration and healthy functioning.
