     Marriage - MIDLIFE CRISIS - MEN ?

Midlife, humorously referred to as second adolescence, occurs between the ages of around forty to fifty years. In midlife men reassess and evaluate their lives as they are confronted with many changes.

These changes can be both physical and emotional and may influence your work, identity, marriage, relationships and future outlook.

If the demands to adjust to the changes are so great that you cannot cope and especially if, in addition, something unexpected happens, such as loss of a job, a personal tragedy or breakdown of your marriage, a midlife crisis develops.

Every human being is unique and the experience of midlife is different for different people.

FAMSA has different approaches to assist clients in discovering the resources within themselves and their system, and to change and grow into the happy people they are destined to be.
